- The admission fee must be paid within five working days of the invoice. The enrolment contract states that payment of all applicable fees is a parental responsibility even when employer support is provided. Invoices may be addressed to either parents or the employer as requested on the enrolment form.
- Published materials present annual tuition amounts; a full-year invoice is used for the tuition charge. For mid-year admissions the school uses a published prorated fee structure (see next section). Specific instalment dates or accepted payment methods are not specified in the published fee schedule and enrolment contract.
Prorated / mid-year admission (billing when joining during the school year)
- If admitted September–October: EUR 14,900.

(The published fee schedule also presents the equivalent date-based cutoff used for that school year.)
Fee payment options
- The publicly available fee schedule and enrolment contract specify invoice handling and parental responsibility for payment but do not list detailed payment methods (for example, specific bank account details, IBAN/BIC, credit card acceptance, or online payment options) in the published fee materials. Invoices are issued to the billing contact nominated on the enrolment form.
Administrative notes (billing practice)
- Invoices may be issued to parents or to an employer address supplied on the enrolment form; regardless of invoicing to an employer, parents remain responsible for payment. The enrolment contract and fee schedule are the operative documents for fee obligations.
International School of Leuven (ISL) is an international day school founded in 2013 by IMEC, VIB, KU Leuven and Stad Leuven to meet Leuven's growing international community. The school offers the British Curriculum alongside the IPC across Early Years and Primary, with ages 2 to 12. English and Mathematics follow the UK framework, while IPC projects develop collaboration, communication, creativity and critical thinking. IPC Personal Goals—enquiry, resilience, morality, communication, thoughtfulness, cooperation, respect and adaptability—are embedded in learning. Dutch is taught to all Preschool and Primary students, with French offered in Grades 5 and 6; an Additional English Support (EAL) helps learners arriving with limited English. Specialist subjects include Physical Education and Music, with swimming provided from Preschool 2 to Grade 6. A recent move to a brand-new permanent site in Heverlee makes the school easily reachable by public transport and motorway access. ISL also engages in European projects and Erasmus.
