On each site, a school restaurant is accessible to all students, and meals are varied and balanced. Meal preparation complies with all French legal obligations for school restaurants regarding nutrition, quality of ingredients and cooking, and the procurement policy prioritizes fresh products and, when possible, products from organic farming. The adherence to legal obligations and the charter is under the ongoing supervision of a dietitian and a school nurse, and a Restauration commission regularly reviews the service with school leadership, the provider, and parents. For lycée students, the cafeteria is available in addition to the school restaurant, offering sandwiches, salads, hot meals, and desserts; payment is via the school card, rechargeable online, and the card also functions as an electronic wallet. Menu options for the maternelle and the main campus are available via the linked menus.
