The Lycée Français Jean-Monnet follows the official French curriculum and prepares pupils for the DNB and Baccalauréat. Pupils can personalise their education by choosing from a large number of pathways and a broad range of special subjects and options. Language learning is a cornerstone, with six modern languages taught and early language instruction from age two and a half, including several international sections. Graduates go on to higher education at leading universities in France, Belgium and elsewhere.
Artistic education is included as a thematic teaching strand in the curriculum. The school emphasises “Enseignement artistique” within its themes across primary and secondary levels. The Information and Documentation Centre runs projects in arts and literature, including a Manga Club and a literature week, with guest speakers and events.
