Admissions

1. Fill out the relevant forms to begin the admissions process. Complete the Application for New Students to provide essential information for review. Any student is welcomed who is of good moral character and has completed Std VI, and pledges to live by the standards of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The school admits students and grants them all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities available to students, and does not discriminate in admissions on the basis of academic or physical abilities, economic status, ethnicity, or creed.
2. Send in the Recommendation Form. Email your complete forms to admissions@chs.edu.bz for review. The Recommendation Form is one of the CHS Forms used in the admissions process. Submissions are reviewed as part of the admissions assessment.
3. Fill Out the Medical Appraisal Form. Complete the Medical Appraisal form and send it to admissions@chs.edu.bz. The Medical Appraisal involves evaluating health status through teacher observations, screening tests, health histories or inventories, medical and dental inspections, and psychological tests.
4. Sign Agreement for Computer Use/Internet. Complete and sign the Computer Use/Internet Agreement and email it along with the three mentioned forms to admissions@chs.edu.bz.
