English is the language of instruction. Spanish is taught as a second language, including courses such as Spanish 9-12 and Spanish as a Second Language, plus AP Spanish Literature. French is offered at the high school level. English Language Learner (ELL) support is available.

The American Cooperative School of La Paz (ACS Calvert campus) offers an American curriculum with Advanced Placement courses for students aged 3 to 18 in La Paz, Bolivia. The campus has 50+ classrooms, four science laboratories, two computer labs, two greenhouses and two school gardens, a gymnasium and full-size soccer field, three playgrounds, a 500-seat theater, and an indoor heated pool. Tennis and racquetball courts, a climbing wall, and an astronomy observatory support a range of activities.
