1. Intake eligibility and assessment. Std 00 accepts children who are four years old before 1 July. Pre-School accepts children who are five years old before 1 July. Standard One accepts children who are six years old before 1 July. All applicants are assessed before admission to determine the appropriate placement. 2. Documents required for enrolment. The following copies must accompany the application: Unabridged Birth Certificate; Medical or immunisation card; a copy of the applicant's most recent school report; a release letter from the previous school; a copy of the passport; proof of residence if not a citizen (Residence Permit); copies of parents' IDs. The registration fee of P400 is non-refundable. The school may request additional information if needed. 3. Submit the application. Complete the application form and return it together with the required documents to Matshwane International School, P.O. Box 456, Maun, Botswana. The assessment determines the appropriate placement (Std 00, Pre-School, or Std 1) based on age and performance. 5. Offer and acceptance.
