Billing schedule and payment terms

Admissions

1. Grade eligibility and age notes. The reception child must be age 5 before or during the first term. Form 5 is not offered because the IGCSE programme spans Form 3 to Form 5. Applicants should ensure they meet age and grade requirements before applying. 2. Complete the application and assemble required documents. Completed applications must include a Birth Certificate or comparable document and recent passport-sized photographs. A copy of the current Residence Permit and copies of the student's latest school reports (if applicable) are required. A proof of payment of the registration fee of P400 (2026) is required. 3. Entrance exam and transcripts. The entrance exam is required for all students wishing to apply to TLCS from Reception through Secondary and helps assess aptitude for the grade. Transcripts or reports from previous schools are also considered during the admission evaluation. 4. Interview. An interview with the Head of Department or Head of School is conducted as part of the evaluation. The interview helps determine fit with the school and readiness for the grade. 5. Decision and notification. After full evaluation of all factors (exam, school reports, and interview) the applicant and family are notified of the result. Notifications are provided regardless of outcome. 6. Waiting list. If all spaces are filled, families may be placed on a waiting list. When space becomes available, the applicant will be notified and an offer of admission will be extended. 7. Acceptance and fees. Acceptance is determined in accordance with the school's admissions policies. Application and Registration fees are non-refundable/non-transferable; refunds on paid fees are processed only upon written withdrawal; there will be no refund of fees paid for the current term if the student withdraws during the term. 8.
