The school believes that academic success is inseparable from emotional and social thriving. The wellbeing framework transcends mental and physical health and creates an environment where students feel safe, valued, and empowered to pursue their passions and dreams, fostering belonging and purpose beyond the classroom. The model emphasizes that true wellbeing enables students to manage challenges effectively and build resilience. The Deans Program provides each student with a dedicated mentor and advocate, offering holistic support from grades 6–12, including guidance through college counseling.
The Brazilian Program uses an integrated curricular approach with instruction in Portuguese and English, yielding a balanced mastery of both languages. All Brazilian national curricular components of Portuguese are included in the language curriculum at each grade level. English and Portuguese are not seen as separate silos but as two essential facets of an Avenues education.

Located in São Paulo, Avenues São Paulo is the second global campus of Avenues The World School. The school teaches in English with Portuguese required, and runs a Brazilian program that integrates the national curriculum across all grades, culminating in both an American diploma and a Brazilian diploma for eligible students. The World Course blends global and local content, including social studies from the Brazilian national curriculum, delivered through interdisciplinary projects. English language learning is emphasized, with Portuguese offered as a required language and additional language support through the ALLI bridge program for grades 6–9. The campus serves students from 18 months through 12th grade, organized into Primary (18 months–5th grade) and Secondary (6th–12th). Facilities span 40,000 square meters and include extensive athletics facilities, outdoor play areas, a large covered courtyard, and a sunny parent café. Students frequently collaborate with peers at Avenues New York through digital or in-person exchanges.
