The school has a Pôle Santé: Inclusion Scolaire. Exellence pour tous is a promise to provide every pupil with the resources and tools needed for their growth and academic success. Under the authority of the head of Establishment, the mission of this service is to support students with educational needs and to guide Lycée Molière toward an inclusive school with quality schooling for each pupil by recognizing their individuality. The Pôle Santé can be engaged by teachers, families, and external therapists to support students from kindergarten through the final year.
The Pôle Santé carries out numerous missions including meetings and observation of students in class, meetings and guidance for families, and educational team meetings with the family, the student and the teaching teams. It implements pedagogical accommodations prescribed by a physician or specialist, provides academic coaching, follows students and families individually, raises teachers' awareness about inclusion, and collaborates on staff training. The health unit is staffed by Elisabete Alves (specialized teacher & school coach, available daily 8:00–17:00), Carla Moreira (school psychologist, hours 8:30–16:30 Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays), and nurses Denise Apiaca Heringer, Janaina Iglesias (Molière 1), Rosalina De Freitas (Molière 2) with daily hours 8:00–18:00.
Parcours Langue AEFE emphasizes reinforced language learning from primary school and the promotion of multilingual education as the core of the foreign-language education project abroad, contributing to the excellence of the schools and meeting families' expectations. An AEFE brochure explains the project as part of the Parcours langue.
The school uses the Pôle Santé to promote inclusion and the well-being of students, providing resources and tools for their development and academic success. The service conducts classroom observations, supports meetings with families, holds educational team meetings, arranges pedagogical accommodations, offers academic coaching, and follows students and families individually. It also trains staff on inclusion and collaborates with external professionals to support student well-being.
Safeguarding is supported through the Pôle Santé's work to ensure inclusive schooling and protect student well-being. The service can be accessed by teachers, families, and external therapists, and it includes staff training on inclusion and collaboration to maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
