Curriculum follows MEC rules, offering fully integrated international and Brazilian programs. It combines the SABIS Educational System with an international curriculum and allows students to choose after graduation between studying at a Brazilian university or abroad. Starting in Kindergarten through graduation, the curriculum covers a broad range of academic subjects and develops fluency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish introduced in Grade 6 and above. There is strong emphasis on English, mathematics, and Portuguese, with science in secondary, and preparation for external exams such as IGCSEs and AP, as well as vestibulares and ENEM. Non-traditional subjects like robotics, 3D printing, and web development are integrated, and the school stresses frequent assessment and a 360-degree view of progress. The SABIS Student Life Organization embeds life-skills development and leadership opportunities into the school day.
Students have a pathway to higher education in Brazil or abroad, with the option to choose later between studying at a Brazilian university or in another country. 1. School Tour. Families are encouraged to visit the campus and talk with our Admissions staff. Appointments can be made by contacting the school administration. There is no application deadline, but the admission process should be started early. Applications are accepted and place offers are granted based on spaces available throughout the school year. There is no joining fee in the initial admission steps. The school is a multinational, non-selective, co-educational, independent, English-medium day school serving local and international communities. 2. Application and Required Documents. Parents fill in the SABIS application and other forms, which can be obtained in person from the school office or via email as a downloadable PDF. Required documents include: SABIS Application Form; SABIS Consent Form for Data Processing; SABIS Medical Form; SABIS Parent Contract; Copy of the Student's Vaccination Card; Transfer Statement from Former School; Debt Discharge Statement from Former School; Copy of School Transcript; Copy of the Student's Birth Certificate; Copy of the Student's ID; 2 Passport/Digital Photographs of the Student; Copy of the Parent/Guardian's ID (RG); Copy of the Parent/Guardian's CPF. 3. Admission Decisions. Admission decisions are made after careful evaluation of the candidates. Results of diagnostic testing and previous school records are considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional criteria for admission include motivation, social and emotional development, willingness to work hard, and the ability of SABIS Campinas to accommodate the needs of the candidate. A final admission decision cannot be made without the above information. 4. Enrollment and Place Reservation. Once accepted and the required fees paid, a place for the student is reserved.
