Language Provision

Language learning opportunities and multilingual education

Language Provision

Portuguese and English are central to the curriculum, balancing Brazilian Portuguese culture with English language instruction. Spanish is introduced from the second year of Elementary School. Students take international exams to certify language levels: DELE for Spanish and FCE or CAE for English, in alignment with the CEFR. The school also offers national and international field studies and programs (Canada and Argentina) to deepen language and cultural exposure.

Bilingual Teaching

Bilingual education is provided in early childhood from 1.5 years old, with classes from 8:00 to 16:00. The interdisciplinary curriculum presents content first in English and content in Portuguese, and then interdisciplinary projects emerge from that bilingual base. Students transit between the two languages, and Spanish is introduced starting in the second year of Elementary School.
