Entrance / application fee
- Entrance (one-off, non-refundable) fee: BND 200, payable upon admission.

Tuition fees – Pre‑Kindy through KG3 (age 3 years through KG3)
- Payment options and amounts (Pre‑Kindy to KG3):
- Standard plan (10 payments per year): BND 504 per payment.
- Monthly plan (12 payments per year): BND 420 per month (equivalent to BND 5,040 per year).
- Annual plan: BND 5,040 per year (single payment).
- Additional academic support fees (if applicable):
- Learning support for children with a diagnosis: BND 300 per month (in addition to normal tuition).
- Reading support (applicable to KG3 students with reading age below chronological age): BND 160 per month (in addition to normal tuition).

Tuition fees – Nursery group (24–36 months)
- Standard plans and amounts (Nursery):
- Monday–Thursday session (2:00 pm–4:30 pm): BND 380 per payment under the stated schedule (standard plan shown as 11 payments per year).
- Any three days (2:00 pm–4:30 pm): BND 350 per payment under the stated schedule.
- Trial day: BND 30; up to three trial days are offered before additional fees apply.

Yearly / termly miscellaneous and resource fees
- Child insurance: BND 25 annually (Bruneian children); PR and foreign children must submit an insurance policy covering the child during school hours for the whole year.
- Parent‑Teacher Association fee: BND 20 annually (Pre‑K to KG3).
- Resources fee (covers learning materials):
- Pre‑K to KG3: BND 80 per term (termly).
- Nursery: BND 50 per term (termly).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Due date: All outstanding payments are due by the 5th of the month. A late penalty of 2% may be charged on any outstanding fees.
- Miscellaneous fees: Yearly miscellaneous fees must be paid before January 1st or termly as specified.
- Payment frequency options shown in the fee schedules include multi‑payment (standard), monthly (12 payments), and single annual payment options where specified.

Refund and withdrawal policy
- Pre‑K to KG3: Upon withdrawal, fees that have been paid in advance will be refunded; the school will retain the fee for the withdrawn period of one (1) month and will also retain any discount or the amount that was paid less (if fees were paid on a 12‑month basis).
- Nursery: Upon withdrawal, fees paid in advance will be refunded; the school will retain the fee for the withdrawn period of eight (8) weeks and will also retain any discount.

Additional / optional charges and items
- Learning support and reading support (monthly charges) as noted above.
- Trial days (Nursery): BND 30 per trial day as listed; up to three trial days are offered before additional fees are charged.
- Uniform: Uniform is available but not compulsory. Parents are required to provide basic items (small school bag, hat for outside play, sensible shoes, spare clothes, nappies if needed, personal towel, sunblock, healthy snacks, swim attire). These items are the responsibility of parents and are not itemized as a fixed school charge.

Boarding
- Boarding is not applicable; the school operates as a preschool programme (Nursery through KG3).
