The Centre for Inclusive Learning (CIL) was officially launched in January 2021 as part of International School Brunei’s expansion of support services for students with diverse learning needs. It is located in Panaga, Kuala Belait, and represents the first dedicated inclusive education facility of its kind in Brunei. CIL operates as an extension of ISB, aligned with its not-for-profit structure under International School (B) Berhad. The centre was established to meet growing demand for tailored educational support in a purpose-designed environment.
CIL fosters a close-knit and supportive school community, centred on individualised learning and collaborative care. Students engage in small group and one-on-one learning, supported by therapists, teachers, and assistants. The centre promotes social inclusion through shared activities with the nearby ISB Seria campus, including access to facilities and joint lessons.
CIL does not list a formal Parent Teacher Association (PTA) on its webpage. However, ISB has a formal Parent Teacher Association (PTA) that supports the school through regular collaboration with staff and involvement in events.
