The school operates three core levels: Early Years, Primary, and Secondary. The Early Years includes Pre-Kindy (KG1) and Kindy (KG2), followed by Reception and Year 1, then Year 2–4, and finally Year 5–9.
Co-educational (mixed gender).

Daily start and end times vary by year group: Pre-Kindy/Kindy 7:45am–11:45am (Mon–Thu) and 7:45am–11:30am (Fri); Reception & Year 1 7:30am–1:30pm (Mon–Thu) and 7:30am–11:45am (Fri); Year 2–4 7:30am–2:15pm (Mon–Thu) and 7:30am–11:45am (Fri); Year 5–9 7:30am–3:15pm (Mon–Thu) and 7:30am–11:45am (Fri).
A dedicated school bus service is not publicly advertised. Admissions can discuss transport options. The school's address is in Kampung Sungai Akar, Bandar Seri Begawan, and Brunei has bus services in the capital area, including routes serving Kampung Sungai Akar.
Registration and application fees

- Deposits are refundable on exit from the school (return of school property and settlement of outstanding accounts apply).

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition fees are billed annually before the start of the academic year. Instalment plans are offered to split that billed amount across either three termly payments or eleven monthly payments.
- Parents/guardians are required to provide written notice of withdrawal 90 days in advance. Tuition and fees remain payable for the full notice period. Overdue fees procedures include reminders and potential suspension or termination of enrollment if fees remain unpaid beyond the stated deadlines.

Refunds and withdrawal
- Registration fee (BND 200) is non‑refundable.
- Deposits are refundable on exit, subject to return of school property and clearance of outstanding charges.
- Refunds of tuition, if applicable, are processed at the end of the notice period. Tuition refunds are calculated on a pro‑rata basis by the number of school days; learning‑resource fees may be non‑refundable in certain circumstances (for example, after re‑enrolment or where resources have been consumed). Parents remain financially responsible for fees during the required notice period.
Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods include cash, cheque and bank transfer. Receipts can be provided on request. Instalment schedules (annual, termly or monthly) are available to parents/guardians.
