Khmer Program follows the Cambodian Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports; students write the Grade Nine State Examination and the High School Exit Examination, and are awarded a diploma by the Ministry. The International Program uses American standards and awards a high school diploma by ALIS, accredited by ACSI and WASC. Chinese is taught as a third language and is part of the Cambodian Curriculum.
The school offers a trilingual curriculum in Khmer, English and Chinese. The core subjects are taught in English for half of each day, with Khmer classes taught the other half to meet government graduation requirements. Chinese is offered as a foreign language starting at K-4, giving students the opportunity to become fluent in three languages. The program serves students from Preschool through High School (Preschool, Kindergarten, Primary 1-5, Middle 6-8, High School 9-12).
English is the primary language in the International Program, based on American standards. The Khmer program mirrors the Cambodian state school curriculum. Chinese is taught as a third language beginning at K-4.
Abundant Life International School (ALIS) is a Cambodia-based Christian K–12 school offering an English-language U.S. curriculum alongside Khmer and Chinese language programs. The four campuses—SAK, CHEY, Chamreun, and SEREY—serve preschool through Grade 12 and maintain a tri-lingual learning environment. The International Program follows American standards and culminates in a high school diploma awarded by ALIS; Khmer students follow MOEYS requirements, including Grade Nine State Examination and High School Exit Examination. Graduation credits total 25, allocated across English 4, Mathematics 4, Humanities 4, Science 3, Social Science 3, Foreign Language 2, P.E./Health 1.5, Computer/Drawing 1.5, and Electives 2. The program offers dual enrollment with a U.S. university via online courses, and SATs are required for graduation; ALIS is an SAT testing center (CEEB 655027). ALIS was established in 1996 and is accredited by ACSI and WASC, offering a tri-lingual program with strong arts and athletics.
