Albert International Academy operates across three Phnom Penh campuses: Boeung Snor, Toul Kork, and Chamkar Doung. The campuses provide core academic spaces including classrooms and a library, along with dining facilities (canteen) and outdoor play areas. Athletic facilities include basketball courts and swimming pools at each campus. The Toul Kork campus also houses a Taekwondo facility. Across the campuses, playgrounds and other spaces support student well-being and recreation.
Basketball courts are available at all three AIA campuses. Swimming pools are available at all campuses. A Taekwondo facility or program is available at the Toul Kork campus. Outdoor play areas accompany classrooms to support physical education and recreational activities.
Classrooms are provided at all three AIA campuses. A library is available at each campus. No dedicated science or computer laboratories are listed in the facility views. The school offers the Western Australian Curriculum, which emphasizes inquiry, digital literacy, and critical thinking.
Taekwondo is offered at the Toul Kork campus. Playgrounds and basketball courts support daily physical activity and recreation at all campuses. Swimming pools are available and support extracurricular swim programs. The library spaces support clubs and reading activities as part of student life.
Albert International Academy offers the Western Australian Curriculum licensed by the Western Australia School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA), enabling access to the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) and an ATAR pathway in Years 11–12. The school operates three Phnom Penh campuses—Boeung Snor, Toul Kork, and Chamkar Doung—each equipped with facilities such as classrooms, libraries, canteens, basketball courts, swimming pools, and Taekwondo spaces. The curriculum covers Pre-primary to Year 12, with senior secondary courses aligned to WACE requirements and scholarship opportunities for WA graduates. IELTS exemption may be available for high-achieving Year 12 graduates.
