The school is a private Cambodian school established in 2016 in partnership with GLOBAL EDUCATION VISION (GEV), a nonprofit organization. The school is registered with the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports (MoEYS) and the Ministry of Commerce as a private school offering a dual curricula. The Advisory Board includes Dr. Rennie Cowan, Dr. Charles Rowins, Dr. John Keffalas, Mr. Chris Shim, Mr. Phay Siphan, and Dr. Glenn C. Snyder.
American Global Prep School (AGPS) is a private, nonprofit school in Phnom Penh that delivers a dual curriculum: an International General Education Program alongside the Cambodian National (MoEYS) program. The school lists programs from nursery and kindergarten through Grade 12 and states AGPS was established on October 4, 2016. AGPS' preschool section gives ages for Nursery (2.5–4), Kindergarten 1 (4–5) and Kindergarten 2 (5–6).
