Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payments must be made by the due dates stated by the school; all outstanding balances must be settled before report cards or academic records are issued.

- Full tuition payment is required for the quarter in which enrollment occurs; partial quarterly payments are not allowed. Late payments two weeks past due incur a 5% penalty, with an additional 1% per week on any outstanding amount thereafter.

- Withdrawal requires completion of the school's standard withdrawal form and submission at least two months before the student's last day to ensure the refund policy is applied.

Boarding fees (where applicable)

- A boarding option is offered under the AGPS Elite / Boarding School program; the school states boarding packages include dormitory, meals, transportation between dormitory and school, one set of textbooks and two sets of uniforms. American Global Prep School (AGPS) is a private, nonprofit school in Phnom Penh that delivers a dual curriculum: an International General Education Program alongside the Cambodian National (MoEYS) program.
