1) Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) recognitions / Prakas: The school discloses a series of official MoEYS Prakas (government orders) and a Memorandum of Understanding that establish Liger's legal registration and the official recognition/equivalence of its diploma in Cambodia.
2) WIDA membership / English proficiency framework: The school's history page states Liger became a member of the WIDA consortium and implemented WIDA as its system for measuring English proficiency (listed on the site as adopted on January 12, 2014). Significance: WIDA provides internationally used English-language proficiency standards and assessment tools which the school uses to measure and report students' English progress.
3) MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) adoption: The school states Liger adopted MAP international standardized testing for Language Usage, Reading and Math. MAP is a widely used international assessment that helps schools track student achievement and growth. The school states that they use MAP as part of its assessment programme.

Liger Leadership Academy is a residential secondary school on a five acre campus about twelve kilometres east of central Phnom Penh. The academy uses a school developed STEEAM curriculum delivered through core classes in English, Khmer literacy, mathematics and science, nine week project based Explorations, and advanced options including Advanced Placement coursework and international standardized tests. Students live on campus: junior dormitories house students aged eleven to fourteen in three bedroom dorms with a maximum of fifteen per dorm, and senior apartments accommodate students aged fifteen to eighteen in self contained units. Instruction is English immersion and Khmer language arts is taught four hours per week. The Liger diploma is recognised by Cambodia's Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. Campus facilities include Innovation Center, science laboratories, study halls, dining assembly spaces, a clinic, sports courts, a swimming pool and a football field. The school provides transport to and from campus.
