Billing schedule and payment terms

- Late-payment penalty: USD 25 per week is charged on late amounts; failure to pay within three weeks may result in exclusion from classes and loss of the child's place if there is a waiting list.
- Discounts:
- Sibling discount: 5% off tuition for a second and third child attending at the same time (applied to the lowest fee when children have different fees).
- Full-payment discount: 5% discount on annual tuition if full payment is made upon enrolment.
Boarding fees
- No boarding provision or boarding fees are listed; the school operates as a day school with published daily hours.
Refunds and cancellations
- Enrolment fee: 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Annual capital fee: 100% non-refundable or transferable.
- Tuition refunds during the school year: Refunds are granted for full quarters not attended at 90% of the paid tuition value upon receipt of a written request. No partial-quarter refunds are issued. No refund is issued for learners absent for an extended period while remaining enrolled.
