CIA FIRST offers bilingual options through Full Time Khmer (FTK) and Full Time Khmer Language and Culture (FTC). CIA FIRST International School was founded in 2004 and operates multiple campuses in Phnom Penh, serving a student community of 5,500+ across its campuses.
