ICS International School runs a Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) program designed to promote personal growth, creativity, leadership, and teamwork. The CCA includes Khmer Language and Mandarin Language clubs, along with a range of sports and music options such as swimming, table tennis, taekwondo, badminton, football, basketball, keyboard, and guitar. There are student clubs, including English reading and the school magazine, that provide opportunities to read, write, and publish outside class time. Details of each programme are available from the Director's office upon request.
Arts and creative activities are offered through the CCA and the Kindergarten curriculum. The CCA includes music-related activities such as keyboard and guitar. The Nursery and Kindergarten curriculum includes Arts and Crafts to support early creativity. A student club for English reading and the school magazine provides opportunities for writing and publishing.
Khmer Language and Mandarin Language are included as Co-Curricular Activities. The campus also has a dedicated Model UN classroom, indicating formal space for Model UN activities. This arrangement supports language development alongside exposure to international affairs through Model UN-style activities.

Service projects are part of the Co-Curricular Activities program. Field trips are provided to expand learning beyond the classroom. Field trips contribute to broader educational experiences and community awareness.

Wellbeing is supported through after-school sports and physical activities such as swimming and team sports. ICS International School (ICSIS) operates from two campuses in Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh: the Main Campus at 14, Street 214, and the Calmette Campus at 25A, Street 75 (Corner of Street 80). The school opened in 2005 and is a Cambridge International Centre (KH008). Nursery and Kindergarten programmes follow the Singapore Curriculum and the Cambridge English Teaching Framework, with most instruction delivered in English and Khmer studied as needed. Primary education uses the Cambridge Primary Programme alongside the national curriculum. The Secondary & High School Programme (Grades 7–12) provides a bilingual pathway that combines the Cambridge International Curriculum (Lower Secondary/IGCSE, AS & A Levels) with the MoEYS Cambodian Curriculum to align local graduation requirements with international qualifications. The school emphasizes enquiry-based learning and a broad co-curricular program. The Co-Curricular Activities include Khmer Language and Mandarin Language, plus swimming and other sports. All Kindergarten and Primary classes are taught in English except Khmer studies. Khmer and Mandarin are also offered as languages within the curriculum.
