1. Stage 1 – Application submission and documents. The process begins with a completed and signed Application Form. Submit copies of both parents' passports or identification cards, three recent passport-sized photos of the student, and the student's birth certificate or passport (original copy with an English translation). Also provide any relevant psycho-educational reports if applicable, other certifications, copies of the student's two most recent school reports and standardised tests (with English translation), and an application fee.

2. Stage 2 – Admission test and interview. After Stage 1, the applicant undertakes an admission test described as a 3-hour cognitive assessment. This is followed by an interview conducted by the Principal and the Vice-Principal or Head of Department. The stage is designed to assess fit with SCIA's Singapore-Cambridge curriculum and the student's readiness for enrollment.

3. Stage 3 – Offer decision and feedback. If the applicant passes the assessment, the school communicates an offer of admission. If not successful, there is a communication session with the parents to discuss the outcome and potential next steps. This stage ensures families receive feedback and guidance on alternatives if needed.

4. Stage 4 – Enrolment, orientation and start of term. Upon accepting the offer, the family proceeds to pay tuition fees and complete enrollment requirements. The student attends an orientation and then starts the new school term as scheduled. Fee payment and orientation are prerequisites for the start of the term.

Fees (as publicly posted for Academic Year 2024/2025): The SCIA fee schedule indicates that all fees are billed in USD. The Application Fee is $250 (non-refundable and non-transferable). Enrollment fees are $750 for Nursery and $2,700 for KG–Grade 12. An Annual Capital Fee is $1,200 for Nursery and $2,700 for KG–Grade 12. There are discount options (Early Bird and Pro-Family) listed for AY 2024/25, though these are historical and may not apply now. Payment methods include Cash, Cheque, Bank transfer, or Mastercard/Visa. Pro-ration applies for mid-year enrollments, and refunds are handled only for full terms with a 20% administrative deduction.
