Annual capital fee

What the tuition and capital fees include
- Tuition fee inclusions: textbooks, classroom instruction and handouts, student insurance, snacks for Nursery and Kindergarten (N1–K2), orientation (excluding overnight or overseas trips), post‑exam school activities, and one complimentary co‑curricular activity (CCA) (material top‑up fees may apply for selected CCAs). The published fee schedule also indicates that two sets of school uniform (academic) and two sets of PE uniform are provided.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment frequency options: annual (single payment), semester (two payments per year) or term (four payments per year). Annual and semester payments are due before Term 1 / before Term 3 as applicable; term payments are due before each term (before Term 1, Term 2, Term 3 and Term 4). Specific amounts for each payment frequency are shown in the fee schedule above.
- Proration: Tuition is prorated on a weekly basis for students joining mid‑quarter/year; capital fees are prorated on a termly basis.
- Overdue payments: Fees overdue by more than 30 days trigger a warning. The school may exclude a student from examinations or attendance privileges until outstanding amounts are settled, and reserves the right to disenrol a student with fees more than 30 days overdue and to refer the debt to collection or take legal action.

Other costs and optional charges
- Material top‑up fees may be required for selected CCA programmes.
- Overnight and overseas trips, if offered, are not included in the tuition fee and are billed separately.

Refund information
- Refunds on withdrawal are processed only on submission of a completed withdrawal form and only for full term(s) (tuition and capital) not attended; no partial quarterly refunds are given. An administrative charge equal to 20% is deducted from the refundable portion of Tuition and Capital Fees before processing a refund. The school's force majeure clause disclaims liability for refunds where education is interrupted by events beyond the school's control.
Fee payment options and administrative notes
- Accepted payment methods: cash, cheque, bank transfer, and Mastercard/Visa. For cash and cheque payments an appointment is requested in advance. Parents are responsible for any bank transfer charges where applicable.

Singapore (Cambodia) International Academy (SCIA) is a K12 international school in Phnom Penh that blends the Singapore and Cambridge curricula to educate learners aged 2–18. The Main Campus sits in One Park, Phnom Penh City Center, with a Pre-School campus nearby in Boeung Keng Kang. English is the language of instruction, with Chinese and Khmer taught as subjects.
