Annual capital fee

What the tuition and capital fees include

- Tuition fee inclusions: textbooks, classroom instruction and handouts, student insurance, snacks for Nursery and Kindergarten (N1–K2), orientation (excluding overnight or overseas trips), post‑exam school activities, and one complimentary co‑curricular activity (CCA) (material top‑up fees may apply for selected CCAs). The published fee schedule also indicates that two sets of school uniform (academic) and two sets of PE uniform are provided.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment frequency options: annual (single payment), semester (two payments per year) or term (four payments per year). Annual and semester payments are due before Term 1 / before Term 3 as applicable; term payments are due before each term (before Term 1, Term 2, Term 3 and Term 4). - Proration: Tuition is prorated on a weekly basis for students joining mid‑quarter/year; capital fees are prorated on a termly basis.
- Overdue payments: Fees overdue by more than 30 days trigger a warning. The school may exclude a student from examinations or attendance privileges until outstanding amounts are settled, and reserves the right to disenrol a student with fees more than 30 days overdue and to refer the debt to collection or take legal action.

The school's force majeure clause disclaims liability for refunds where education is interrupted by events beyond the school's control.
