SCIA is officially a registered centre for Cambridge Assessment International Education. It is an Overseas Examination Centre to conduct the Singapore International Primary School Examination (iPSLE) since 2019. SCIA is the first and only school in Phnom Penh to obtain the licence to be the International Award Centre for the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award. SCIA is licensed to be the test centre for the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) and IELTS.
Publicly documented on SCIA's site, the school lists student-level recognitions rather than school-level awards in the past five years. Examples include: Cambridge ICE Awards (12 SCIA students in AY20/21 received the Cambridge ICE Awards) and a Copernicus Gold Medal won by a SCIA student in 2021. These are awards earned by students, not by the school as an institution. In addition, SCIA has reported Cambridge International A Level and IGCSE results, which reflect student achievement but are not presented as school-awarded titles. If you'd like, I can pull exact dates and details from the relevant pages.

The school opened in August 2018 with 175 students in the first cohort; current total is not published on the site. School hours are Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5:30 PM and Saturday 7:30 AM–1:00 PM, indicating a day-school model.
