Student exchange programs with Italian partner schools include Scambio Liceo Euclide di Cagliari in Chile 2025, where 18 students spent two weeks at Scuola Italiana, attended classes, and lived with host families, enriched by cultural visits and social events. The program featured daily academic and cultural activities. There was also Scambio Liceo di Verona a Scuola in 2025, with Italian students hosted by Chilean families and Chilean students visiting Verona, including visits to Scuola dell'Infanzia and various cultural activities. The exchanges support ongoing bi-directional cultural exchange between the school and Italian institutions.
Scuola Italiana Vittorio Montiglio is a private, secular, co-educational school in Las Condes, Santiago, serving nursery through secondary levels on a single campus. It offers an Indian Curriculum alongside a bespoke program and delivers trilingual instruction in Italian, Spanish and English. The school is affiliated with both the Chilean and Italian ministries as an overseas paritarian institution, with the high school recognized as a Scientific Lyceum. The campus, inaugurated in 2009, educates about 1,447 students across levels. The Institutional Educational Project guides the school's aims, emphasizing the formation of global citizens, participation by all community members, and periodic updates to meet social change. Classes operate within the Chilean system while maintaining Italian oversight. Facilities include language-rich classrooms, optional laboratories after school, and a dedicated Physical Education area.
