Billing schedule and payment terms
- The annual tuition is billed as a single annual amount and may be paid in 1 to 10 installments; the published monthly values are presented as 10 cuotas (March to December). Monthly installment due date is the 7th of each month.
- The matrícula (enrollment) is a one-time charge and is distinct from the colegiatura (tuition).
- The matrícula is non‑refundable except in the event of the student's death prior to the start of the school year. The colegiatura is an annual, indivisible obligation; installmenting is a facilitation of payment and monthly installments are not cancelled or refunded if the student stops attending during the academic year for any reason.
- Nonpayment by the due date incurs late‑payment penalties; persistent arrears (beyond the institution's stated timeframes) may lead to stronger collection actions, including protest of pagares after extended delinquency.
Boarding / Residential provision
- The school operates as a day school; no boarding or residential program is offered. Complementary services listed by the school include on‑site dining (casino), school buses and uniforms rather than boarding.
Other costs and complementary services
- Uniforms: Uniforms are provided through the school's agreed suppliers; purchase and any associated cost are separate from matrícula and colegiatura. Conditions of sale, claims and payment conditions for uniforms are managed through the school's supplier arrangements.
- School meals (casino): Meal service is offered as a complementary service and is billed separately from tuition.
- School transport (buses): Transport is offered as a complementary service and carries an additional fee when contracted.
- Extracurricular activities, academies and workshops: These activities may have additional fees separate from the colegiatura.
Refunds and withdrawal
- The matrícula amount is not refunded except in the specific case of the student's death before the start of the school year.
- The colegiatura is an annual, indivisible charge. Division into monthly installments is for payment convenience; previously agreed monthly installments are not cancelled or refunded if the student withdraws, is excluded, or otherwise stops attending during the academic year. Late or unpaid installments remain the responsibility of the payer.
Fee payment options and instruments
- Payment methods available include: payment in cash or by cheque (pago al contado), automatic charge to a credit card under a signed mandate (pago automático con tarjeta de crédito), automatic debit from a checking account (PAC), and issuance of a payment booklet/cuponera with monthly coupons (vencimiento el día 7 de cada mes).
- The school uses an online payment/accounting portal for families to manage payments and invoices. Automatic payment mandates and the chosen instrument are documented at enrollment. If an automatic charge fails, the payer remains responsible for regularizing the outstanding amounts.
Notes on the units used
- All published enrollment and tuition amounts are stated in UF (Unidad de Fomento). The UF is an indexed Chilean monetary unit; the numerical UF amounts above are the published unit figures for each concept (matrícula and mensualidad).
