Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition and other core charges are quoted as annual amounts in UF. The application fee (1.5 UF) is payable by bank transfer at application.
- The school's internal regulations record that administrative and economic obligations of the guardian remain in force according to the contractual agreement with the school; an accepted early closure/withdrawal by the family does not automatically release the guardian from those contractual payment obligations.
- Additional recurring or occasional charges (listed below) are billed separately as specified by the school for each academic year. National guidance permits schools to offer installment arrangements for annual tuition; exact installment schedules and any discounts or surcharges are set in the school's billing terms.
Boarding fees
- Trebulco School operates as a day school with standard daytime class hours; no boarding program or boarding fees are listed for the school.
Other costs and routine additional fees
- School supplies / útiles: an annual supplies fee is charged by level (Kids Club–Kinder; 1°–7° Básico; 8°–IV° Medio) to cover stationery, art and technology materials, texts and related academic consumables. Specific amounts are set each year.
- Cambridge/English external exam fees: an annual fee is charged in courses required to sit Cambridge English exams (notably 8° Básico and III° Medio).
- Yearbook (Anuario): an annual family charge for design and printing.
- Center of Students (Centro de Alumnos): annual student contribution. Centro de Padres: voluntary annual family contribution (paid to the parents' association account).
- Activities and field trip costs: when required, costs for pedagogical activities (sports events, museum/theatre visits, external tests, transport) are invoiced separately.
- Insurance: the school arranges an academic life insurance policy with coverage up to 100 UF (maximum benefit up to the annual tuition value) at no direct additional cost to the guardian; enrollment in that insurance requires completion of a personal health declaration.
Refunds and withdrawals
- The school's internal regulations state that financial and administrative obligations agreed in the contract remain binding. Early termination or closure of enrollment by the family does not automatically release the guardian from contractual payment obligations; withdrawal and any refundable amounts (if any) are governed by the contract and the school's administrative procedures.
Fee payment options and practical notes
- The application fee is payable by bank transfer as part of the admissions process. The school publishes annual fees in UF and issues bills according to its billing calendar and contract terms. The school maintains an online payment/billing system for processing payments. For specific payment channels, installment plans, deadlines, discounts for prompt payment or penalties for late payment, the school's billing documentation and contract specify the available options and conditions.
