AP classes were introduced in BASIS Chengdu's first year to support college preparation. The campus has participated in NSDA campus events in 2024, with students competing in Original Oratory. This involvement supports public speaking and analytical thinking as part of academic development.

Located in Chengdu, BASIS International & Bilingual Schools Chengdu opened in fall 2022 and serves students from Pre-K through 10, with plans to expand to Grade 12. This campus is the first BASIS location to bring international and bilingual curricula together under one roof, providing a coherent path for families seeking English-medium instruction alongside bilingual options.
