Fees
Application fee
- The school charges a non-refundable application/registration fee as part of the admissions process. Specific amounts are published in the campus fee schedule and provided to families by the admissions/finance office.

Tuition fees (structure and what to expect)
- Tuition is billed by programme and grade level and is typically expressed on a per-term basis, with an annual total equal to two terms. Exact per-term and per-year tuition amounts for each year group (Early Years / Primary / Middle / High School) are set for each campus and communicated in the campus fee schedule.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition and mandatory fees are invoiced according to the campus billing schedule (commonly on a per-term basis). Payment deadlines, instalment options, and any late-payment penalties are defined in the fee schedule and the enrollment/finance agreement for the student. Families receive a formal invoice showing amounts and due dates from the finance office.

Boarding fees
- The Xi'an campus operates as a boarding (residential) school and charges boarding fees where applicable. Boarding charges, including accommodation tiering and meal-plan options, are itemised in the campus fee schedule.

Other costs and ancillary fees
- The following additional fees are commonly charged and will be itemised per campus and per student in the fee schedule:
- School uniform and sports kit costs.
- Transportation (optional school bus service) fees.
- Field trips and educational excursions (charged per trip or term).
- External examination fees (AP, IELTS, other external assessments) when applicable.
- Miscellaneous ancillary charges (activity fees, materials, optional programmes) as listed on the campus invoice.

Refund information
- Refund terms for deposits, tuition paid in advance, mid-term withdrawals, and other charge types are governed by the campus enrollment/finance agreement. A specific public refund schedule is not published in the campus materials; refund entitlement and any applicable administration fees are set out in the offer and enrollment documents issued by the finance office.

Fee payment options
- Accepted payment channels and instructions are provided by the campus finance office on the invoice. Common payment channels used across the network include international/domestic bank (wire) transfer, onshore electronic payment methods, and card payments; the exact methods and any transaction surcharges are confirmed by the campus finance office.

Practical next step (how the fee details are supplied)
- The Xi'an campus maintains a campus-specific fee schedule that lists exact amounts by year group (per term and per academic year), boarding rates, uniforms, and other mandatory/optional charges. That campus fee schedule and the enrollment/finance agreement supply the precise figures, invoice dates, payment instructions, and the formal refund terms.

Brief note on availability of line-item figures
- A line-item fee schedule with the exact per-term and per-year amounts for each year group for the Xi'an campus was not published as a public, downloadable matrix in the campus materials reviewed; the organisation provides detailed, campus-specific fee schedules and invoicing information directly to families through admissions and the finance office. For parents, the campus admissions/finance office is the source that issues the full, itemised fee schedule, payment deadlines, and the enrollment/finance agreement that contains refund terms.

For high school entrants, ninth-grade applicants must provide their Zhongkao results and participate in the entrance exam; admission is contingent on passing. For transfer students entering high school grades 10 or 11 from ordinary public schools, Zhongkao transcripts and high school transcripts must be provided, they must take the entrance exam, and admission is contingent on passing. Foreign students must provide a copy of their passport, participate in the entrance exam, and be admitted if they pass.
