- Term 1 (Michaelmas) or Annual Fee due no later than June 27, 2025.
- Term 2 (Lent) fee due no later than December 12, 2025.
- Term 3 (Summer) fee due no later than March 27, 2026.
- Mid‑year admissions are charged on a daily pro‑rata basis. Families are responsible for all fees regardless of who is paying (parent/guardian or employer). Bank charges are borne by the payer. The College reserves the right to suspend pupils whose tuition or boarding fees are not paid by the due date or before the first day of each term.
- Early payment incentives: Annual payments received and acknowledged by the bank by the stipulated dates qualify for an early payment discount (approximately 1.5% effective reduction shown in the published fee table). Sibling discount: families with three or more children enrolled in full day programmes receive a 5% discount for the third child and 10% for the fourth child, applied to the lower year levels first.

Other Costs and Optional Charges

- College lunches are provided by an external catering company and are charged separately between parents/guardians and the caterer. The cost of lunch is not included in the tuition fees. Catering contact details and arrangements are handled separately.
- College uniform is not included in tuition fees and is charged separately via the uniform store; uniforms may be purchased as full sets or individually. The school bus service is optional and charged separately. Individual music tuition (instrument programme) is charged separately. Field trips, specialist activities, retake exam and remarking fees may incur additional charges.

Refunds and Withdrawal

- Fee refunds are processed only after receipt of a completed Withdrawal Application Form and completion of the pupil checkout process. The Resource Fee is refundable after return of College property and deduction of any outstanding tuition, bus, catering or other fees and any costs for damage. Original receipts and the official tax receipt (fapiao) issued at payment must be returned before refunds are processed; failure to return the original fapiao may result in additional tax charges per government requirements. Annual payers who received early‑payment or annual payment discounts and subsequently leave during the school year will have the incentive amount discontinued and will be charged at normal fee rates. There is no refund of tuition for temporary leave.

Fee Payment Options

- Payment methods accepted: bank transfer (RMB or US$), cheque in RMB, and cash in RMB. For bank transfers, include the student's name and year group in the payment remark. If payment is made in US$, conversion to RMB will be based on the exchange rate applied by the College at the time of payment. Card payments are available at the College Finance Office but attract an additional charge; bank charges are borne by the payer. The College publishes bank account details for RMB and USD payments.
