Co-Curricular Activities Programme extends education beyond the classroom. The Wellington Academy Programme offers cultural, sporting and artistic activities led by international and national champions, industry professionals, and Wellington staff. The Saturday Academy provides around 65 activities, including science experiments, DaVinci's Workshop, IPC English and debating courses, and a variety of sports, with an emphasis on creativity, logical thinking, teamwork, and leadership skills. Pupils participate in academic competitions and events through exchanges and trips, such as the World Scholar's Cup and Model UN, and the Global Social Leaders' programme.
Art exposes pupils to painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture and digital media, developing visual expression and technical skills. The Music program spans classical, rock, jazz and pop, with regular concerts and opportunities to perform in assemblies. Drama and Performing Arts are housed in the Seldon Theatre, with regular productions, House events, drama competitions and pupil-led performances. The Saturday Academy offers DaVinci's Workshop and other art courses alongside science and language classes to foster creativity.
An English Language Acquisition programme supports pupils from entry to mainstream classes, preparing for IELTS and TOEFL examinations. The Academy Programme also offers IPC English, French and debating courses, in an English-only environment. Exchanges and School Trips provide international exposure with residential trips to regions such as Europe, the USA and Asia; many trips involve academic and service-learning projects such as the World Scholar's Cup, MUN and the Global Social Leaders' programme.
The enrichment programme includes clubs such as the Welly Weekend Club and a broad range of sports and recreational activities. Sport is integral to development, with opportunities to represent Wellington in teams or participate in a variety of recreational activities. There is a strong emphasis on group collaboration, competitions, and informal interest-based groups during school life.
The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Bronze offers leadership training, community service and physical conditioning. Exchanges and trips frequently include service-learning components and outreach projects. The school also runs sailing trips and other community-facing activities as part of its field trips.

Wellington College International Tianjin is an all-through British international school established in 2011 on a 35,000 m2 campus in the Hongqiao District of Tianjin. The campus opened in August 2011, following construction that began in September 2009. The College serves pupils aged 2–18 and offers the British curriculum from Early Years through to IGCSE (Years 10–11) and the A Level programme in the International Curriculum Centre. Mandarin is taught as a core subject across the curriculum, with a dedicated Mandarin department, and the Early Years programme combines the British EYFS with Chinese curriculum elements in a bilingual setting. English is used as daily language of communication and instruction, with English as a language of instruction for most subjects and Mandarin taught throughout the school.
