Methods of payment and account details

- Bank remittance (RMB): parents may pay by bank transfer to the school's RMB account; when remitting, include the student's name, student number and grade/class in the transfer notes for reconciliation. Account details published for receiving RMB payments are: Account Name — 桐乡市耀华学校; A/C No — 8000 0545 6000 2101; Bank — 创兴银行有限公司上海分行.
- In‑person card payment: parents may pay in person by card at the Accounts office (debit card and credit card accepted). A bank charge of 0.6% will be incurred and borne by the parent; credit card bank fees in particular are not capped and the school does not recommend credit card payment for this reason.

Other costs and optional charges

- Uniforms: A full school uniform is available for purchase after student registration via the school's online uniform platform; parents purchase directly through that platform and may select home or school delivery. Specific uniform prices are set on the uniform platform.
- Incidental/optional charges (examples): co‑curricular activity fees, long‑distance trips or overseas programmes (such as Somerset/World Class trips), excursion costs, examination or university entrance fees, and any voluntary canteen purchases are charged separately and collected as required; such costs are outside the standard tuition/boarding/meal fees and are billed by actual cost or per the specific programme.

Refund and withdrawal policy (summary)

- Withdrawal procedure: a completed, signed and dated Withdrawal Notice or Student Fee Refund Form must be submitted in advance to initiate any refund calculation. For withdrawal from boarding or school bus service, at least one (1) full calendar month's written notice is required. Refunds or release of school records are conditional on completion of withdrawal procedures, return of school property and account clearance.
- Tuition, boarding and school bus refunds: calculated pro‑rata based on the student's remaining actual days on campus.
- Meal fees: any unused meal fee balance will be refunded in full when a student withdraws or graduates; refund amounts are based on the school's meal‑system data.
- Temporary leave: if a parent obtains approval for a temporary leave, fees for the period before the student's return are not refundable; failure to resume on the scheduled date without approved extension will be treated as withdrawal.
- Force majeure: no claim for tuition refund or compensation will be considered for suspension of classes caused by force majeure events beyond the school's control, subject to the applicable terms of the school's refund policy.

Key administrative notes (payment practice)
