Notes on per-term / per-month amounts and how they are calculated:
- The Manual defines the Tarifa Anual as “matrícula más diez mensualidades” (annual tariff equals the enrollment payment plus ten monthly pension payments). The matrícula includes an amount equivalent to one month of pension; therefore, the annual tariff corresponds to the monetary equivalent of eleven monthly pension payments. Using that definition, the monthly pension can be calculated as: Monthly pension ≈ (Tarifa Anual) ÷ 11. This is an arithmetic inference from the tariff definition.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Pensions are due on the 10th day of each month; after that date legally authorized late interest/recargos are applied. The school may refuse to renew a student's matrícula if accounts are not up to date.
- The Tarifa Anual is presented as the required annual charge (membresía obligatoria equivalente a matrícula + 10 mensualidades); parents sign the contract of educational services that establishes billing and payment obligations at enrollment.
Boarding fees
- The school operates as a day school with institutional services for alimentación (cafetería) and transporte; there is no boarding/internado program or boarding fees listed.

- Some didactic materials and special texts imported specifically for the school's educational model are charged as mandatory other charges and are requested at the start of the academic year; such charges are billed at enrollment.
Refund information (applicable items)
- For the Pedagogical–Cultural trip to Italy, if participation is cancelled by the family the family has no right to a refund of amounts already covered for the trip; if a student is sent back from the trip by the director, the family cannot request a refund for the part of the trip not completed and must assume associated travel costs.
Fee payment options and practical notes on payments
- The school's administrative help pages indicate an online payment button in the family services platform for requests and paid services (for example, certificates and other administrative services), which is used to submit proof of payment where required.
- Historical enrollment circulars provided to families have directed matrícula deposits/consignments to Banco Davivienda; the school has used bank consignment procedures for enrollment payments. Families should follow the school's enrollment instructions and the Tesorería directions at the time of matrícula.

Colégio Italiano Leonardo Da Vinci is a private international Italian school in Bogotá operating as a Scuola Paritaria Italiana within SFIM. Serving students aged 3 to 18, it follows a bespoke curriculum from Scuola Materna through Liceo, with three upper-secondary tracks: Liceo Linguistico, Liceo Scientifico, and Liceo Artistico.
