The campus covers 28,500 m2 of land, with 15,533 m2 built across five blocks of four classrooms each and a shared classroom per floor. Sports facilities include a professional football field and four multi‑purpose courts for basketball, volleyball, futsal, and tennis. A biosaludable health and wellness park provides outdoor exercise space during breaks, supporting student fitness and activity throughout the day.
Apple Laboratories provides three laboratories for practical learning across Elementary (Upper Primary), Middle School, and High School. The Learning Resources Center is equipped with technological tools and houses more than 18,000 books for student use.

Colegio Rochester is a co-educational, multilingual school with international accreditation, serving students aged 4 to 17. It uses a bespoke Curriculum B (August to June) that prioritizes learning through relationships and collaboration to develop competencies, attitudes, and values for life, with social-emotional development. Students become bilingual in English and Spanish, with listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills. The program covers mathematics for problem solving and includes music, visual arts, dance, and theatre, with integrated motor coordination. Scientific thinking is developed through the natural and social sciences and computing to solve real-world problems, with a focus on service to others and optional Catholic sacraments. University preparation spans eight semesters, with English targets C1-C2 for TOEFL IBT, CELPE-BRAS or DELF-DALF at B2-C1, Saber 11 A+, and 11th-grade capstone project.
