Billing schedule & how term/year totals are calculated

- The school year is organised in three terms. For the 2026/27 academic calendar the term dates are: Term 1 — 1 September to 27 November 2026; Term 2 — 1 December 2026 to 26 February 2027; Term 3 — 1 March to 31 May 2027. Exams for graduating years take place in June.

- Tuition is shown per month. For non-graduating year groups (grades 0–8 and grade 10) the academic year runs nine months (three terms of three months each). Per-term tuition for those years is the monthly rate × 3; annual tuition is the monthly rate × 9.

- For graduating years (grades 9 and 11) the academic year includes an additional exam month (ten months total). For these years annual tuition is the monthly rate × 10; the final term effectively covers four months (monthly rate × 4) because exams extend into June. Example calculations for 2026/27:
- Class 11 (EUR 715/month): per regular term = EUR 715 × 3 = EUR 2,145; final term (graduating) = EUR 715 × 4 = EUR 2,860; annual total = EUR 7,150.
- Class 10 (EUR 695/month): per term = EUR 695 × 3 = EUR 2,085; annual total = EUR 695 × 9 = EUR 6,255.

- Per-term and per-year totals for all year groups (2026/27), calculated from the published monthly rates:
- Class 11: Per term (terms 1–2) EUR 2,145; Term 3 (graduating) EUR 2,860; Annual EUR 7,150.
- Class 10: Per term EUR 2,085; Annual EUR 6,255.
- Class 9: Per term (terms 1–2) EUR 2,025; Term 3 (graduating) EUR 2,700; Annual EUR 6,750.
- Class 8: Per term EUR 1,965; Annual EUR 5,895.
- Class 7: Per term EUR 1,905; Annual EUR 5,715.
