Billing schedule and payment terms

- Standard due dates for the 2025–26 schedule: deposit for the academic year is due 31 March; 1st term instalment due 30 September; 2nd term instalment due 31 December; 3rd term instalment due 31 March (the dates shown in the School's published payment schedule). A deposit for the following academic year may be collected with the third term instalment where indicated.
- Deposit fees are not refundable.
- Late payment penalties and related terms: a monthly late fee of €30 applies to overdue term fees; returned cheques incur a €50 charge; students with outstanding debts will not receive academic reports or other formal documents while debt remains and may be prevented from progressing to the next school year if amounts remain outstanding by 31 May. Flexible payment arrangements can be agreed in writing with the Finance Department; a fixed administration processing fee of €20 applies to such arrangements. The School does not accept cash payments. Accepted payment methods include JCC (online card payments), cheque and bank transfer to the School's accounts at Bank of Cyprus and Hellenic Bank (IBANs provided by the School).

Boarding fees

- The English School operates as a day school; no boarding fees apply.

Other costs and recurring charges

- Miscellaneous, departmental and consumable charges are applied in addition to tuition. Typical items and example annual amounts (2025–26 Miscellaneous Expenses table) include pastoral/educational trips, photography, school ID reprints, school magazine & calendar, learning resources/digital subscriptions, art kit and other specific charges. Refunds and cancellations

- Deposit fees are explicitly non‑refundable. Students' membership or scheme fees (for example DofE registrations) are not refundable. Late or returned payment penalties apply as noted above.

- Sibling discounts: second child receives a 10% reduction in tuition while both children attend the School simultaneously; third child pays 50% of tuition while all three attend simultaneously. The English School, Nicosia is an independent private day school in Cyprus delivering the British Curriculum (Pearson Edexcel IGCSE) for ages 11–18. Founded in 1900 and co‑educational since 1962, the school sits on a 10‑acre campus in Nicosia with a historic Main Building (1938), a Sports Centre added in 1990, and a Science Building (2004) that houses science and ICT laboratories, a Library Resource Centre and a Lecture Theatre. It follows the English National Curriculum: Years 1–3 provide a broad foundation across English, Greek/Turkish, Mathematics, Sciences, Humanities, ICT, Drama, Art, Music, a Modern European Language, PSHCE, and weekly Games; Years 4–5 start the IGCSE with core subjects plus electives; Years 6–7 pursue A‑levels.
