The school does not provide special education or support services, nor the option for a personal aide. Concessions for students who have undergone an assessment by a specialist educational psychologist may include additional time on assessments, simplified instructions, and enlarged typeface.
Cyprus
The school day runs Monday to Friday, with eight 40-minute lessons and three breaks totaling 45 minutes. The school day is open 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. After lessons, afternoon clubs run from 2:00 pm to 2:50 pm.
Application and registration fees
- Entrance / placement examination registration fees (non‑refundable): typically €110 per candidate for most placement/entrance exams; for the Form 1 entrance examination for 2026–2027 the registration fee is €120 (non‑refundable).
- Enrolment / reservation payment for existing students: a non‑refundable payment of €550 is required to reserve a place for 2026–2027; this amount includes a deposit against tuition (€400) and the registration fee (€150).
Tuition fees by school section and year group (per year and instalments)
- Elementary school (Forms 1–6) — Academic year 2026/2027:
- Annual tuition (first child): EUR 7,400. + Registration special amount €150 included in the deposit.
- Annual tuition (second child): EUR 6,400.
- Annual tuition (third child): EUR 5,400.
- Deposit required on enrolment: EUR 1,850 (this deposit includes the registration/special fee of EUR 150).
- Instalment schedule (same academic year):
- 1st instalment (due 31 Oct): amounts shown in the school schedule (deposit + first instalment as specified); following instalments are due on 30 Nov, 31 Jan, 28 Feb and 31 Mar. For the first child the five instalments shown are EUR 1,140 each after the deposit. The published schedule lists the per‑instalment amounts.
- Secondary school (Forms 1–7) — most recent published schedule available for Academic year 2025/2026 (used where 2026/27 figures are not published):
- Annual tuition (Forms 1–7): EUR 8,900 (shown as EUR 8,900 + €100 special/registration amount in the published schedule).
- Deposit required on enrolment: EUR 2,300 (this deposit includes the registration fee and the special fee totalling €100).
- Instalment schedule (secondary 2025/26 example): five instalments due on 31 Oct, 30 Nov, 31 Jan, 28 Feb and 31 Mar; the published instalment amounts for Forms 1–7 are EUR 1,340 each (after the deposit) according to the 2025/26 schedule.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Common instalment due dates (as published): 31 October, 30 November, 31 January, 28 February and 31 March. A deposit is payable at registration/enrolment and is credited against the total tuition.
- Conditions tied to payment:
- Progress reports, certificates and registration for the following year will not be issued if tuition fees or other charges are overdue. Deposits for a new year will be accepted only if previous outstanding payments have been resolved; otherwise the deposit will be credited against outstanding balances.
- Discounts and sibling reductions (published):
- Elementary (2026/27): Early full settlement discount of EUR 500 if paid by 30 July 2026; sibling discounts — second child EUR 1,000, third child EUR 2,000.
- Secondary (published 2025/26): sibling discounts — second child EUR 1,000, third child EUR 1,500; early full settlement discount (example year) EUR 500 if paid by the early settlement deadline shown (e.g., 30 July).
Boarding fees
- The school does not operate a boarding programme (no boarding fees apply).
Other costs and recurring fees
- Special / registration fees included within the deposit cover items such as exercise books, the school diary and yearbook, transportation for excursions, and class/event photographs (amount and exact inclusions vary by section and year). Elementary registration/special fee shown as EUR 150 (included in the deposit).
- Science fees (secondary years): for Forms 4–7, science subject fees are published as EUR 100 per year for one science subject or EUR 200 per year for two or three science subjects.
- Sports School / activity fees: a Sports School fee is listed (amounts have varied by year; EUR 400 per year appears in the 2025/26 schedule).
- Parents & Guardians Association subscription: published as EUR 30 per year for the first child and EUR 10 per year for each additional child in the family (as shown in the school fee schedules).
- Academy / extracurricular registrations (e.g., sports academies) may carry separate non‑refundable registration fees that include the first month's instalment and a clothing package where applicable; those registration fees are noted as non‑refundable in the academy registration information.
Refund information
- Registration and enrolment payments identified as non‑refundable in the published material: entrance/placement exam registration fees are non‑refundable; the enrolment reservation payment for existing students (example: EUR 550) is non‑refundable and includes a deposit against tuition and the registration fee. The deposit is credited against tuition but the registration/enrolment portion identified as non‑refundable is retained. Progress reports and certificates are withheld while fees are outstanding.

- At school reception by credit card, cheque (payable to the school company as specified) or cash (reception opening times are published).
- Online payment gateways: jccsmart.com and the school's e‑commerce/ecomm gateway are published as available methods.
- Bank transfers: Bank of Cyprus and Eurobank account numbers and IBANs are published for fee payments (IBANs and BICs are provided in the school fee schedules). The elementary schedule also lists an Ecommbx account/IBAN and references payment via sKash where applicable.

The G C School of Careers is a long‑standing private English secondary school in Strovolos, Cyprus, established in 1973. It offers a Pearson Edexcel IGCSE programme with progression to A‑levels in Forms 6–7 and the School Apolytirion diploma, recognised by the Ministry of Education and Culture, foreign academic institutions and local employers. In Lower School (Forms 1–3), students study English Language, Modern Greek, Mathematics, History, General Science, Geography, ICT, Art & Design, Music, Religious Studies, Physical Education and French (Forms 2–3). Non‑native Greek speakers undertake Modern Greek for Beginners. Forms 4–5 include seven IGCSE subjects with English First Language and Mathematics compulsory, plus options such as Art & Design, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, English Literature, French, Geography, History and Physics. Forms 6–7 require four A‑levels from a broad list. The campus features laboratories, five Computer Labs, a library, an Auditorium, Art & Design rooms and a sports complex, plus The GCS Mathematics School and The GCS Sports School. The school is an Edexcel and ECDL training centre and offers extensive co‑curriculars.
