Other mandatory or recurring costs

- Laboratory practicals (Upper/6th & 7th Grades): Physics, Biology or Chemistry practical fee EUR 170 per subject per academic year; any two practicals EUR 260; all three practicals EUR 340. Students are charged for damage they cause to laboratory or other school property.
- The EUR 180 registration charge (see above) is included in the instalment breakdown and covers first-aid services, yearbook, some school trips and insurance.
- Uniforms, optional extras, selected trips and some extracurriculars are charged separately to the published tuition (no uniform fee line appears in the main tuition tables; parents normally arrange uniform purchase separately). Pupils are also charged for loss or damage they cause to school property.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Payment frequency options published: monthly instalment plan (balance payable by regular monthly instalments) or quarterly instalments (1st on registration, 2nd on 07 January 2026, 3rd on 02 April 2026). All fees are payable in Euro. Balances must be cleared before final examinations. The school may suspend or decline re‑registration for failure to meet financial obligations. Fees are subject to an annual increase (up to 5% as published).

Refunds and withdrawal

- In case of withdrawal, dismissal or serious illness, no refunds are made. Advance written notice of intention to remove a child is requested. Fees must be paid before final examinations.

Boarding

- Boarding provision / boarding fees are not listed in the school's published fee schedules; the published schedules show day‑school tuition and related charges only. No boarding fee table is published.

- Cash payments at the school finance office.
- JCC Smart (card/electronic payment) — payments via JCC Smart must include the student's name, class and registration number.
- The school also accepts Visa at the school office for direct payments.

Notes on fee adjustments and obligations

- Fees are shown in Euro and are subject to an annual increase (published allowance up to 5%). Families with more than one child enrolled receive the published sibling discounts (second child 8%, third child 10%). All balances must be paid according to the chosen instalment schedule; failure to meet financial obligations may lead to suspension or non‑re‑registration.
