Other programme registration fees and registration fee notes

- Registration Fee for Athletic Programmes: EUR 200 per academic year, payable upon registration.
- Registration Fee for STEM Programmes: EUR 250 per academic year, payable upon registration.
- The Registration Fee of EUR 320 (first child) covers: First Aid services, Parents Association, Insurance, two school excursions and EUR 60 for the Yearbook. For families with two or more children, the first child pays EUR 320 and subsequent children pay EUR 240 each (unless extra yearbooks are ordered).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Down payments are due in September or at registration; the indicated down payment amounts vary by class (see the per-class "Fees payable on registration / down payment" above).
- Monthly instalments (Sep–May) are payable on fixed dates. The schedule of instalment due dates is set by the school each year; in the 2025–2026 schedule the instalment dates fall on the following days: 8 September (1st), 2 October (2nd), 3 November (3rd), 1 December (4th), 7 January (5th), 2 February (6th), 2 March (8th), 2 April (7th), 4 May (9th). Parents/guardians are requested to maintain the schedule.

- Discount for full settlement (single payment in advance) is offered and shown per class above.
- A smaller discount is offered if fees are paid in two instalments (amounts shown per class above).

Boarding fees

- Boarding provision is not applicable at The Grammar School Nicosia; the school operates as a day school and does not publish boarding fees.

Other costs or fees

- Yearbook: EUR 60 per student is included within the Registration Fee allocation noted above (extra yearbooks are additional).
- School excursions: two school excursions are included within the Registration Fee allocation noted above.
- Extra-curricular programme registration fees: Athletic programmes EUR 200 per year; STEM programmes EUR 250 per year (payable on registration).

Refund / withdrawal / late-payment rules

- A full term's written notice to the Headmaster is required to withdraw a child from the School; unless such notice is given, fees for the following term must be paid.
- Fees must be settled before final examinations.
- Tuition fees may be increased annually by 0%–5% depending on financial conditions.
- Progress reports or other certificates will not be issued while fees or other charges are overdue; students with outstanding tuition balances are excluded from school/student representation and enrolment for the next academic year will not be accepted until all previous-year fees and charges are fully settled.

The Grammar School Nicosia is a day school in Cyprus that also serves as a GCE examination centre. It offers a seven-year curriculum culminating in the Apolytirion alongside Cambridge IGCSE, AS and A Level examinations. The Lower School builds core skills across Art, English, Geography, Greek, History, Information Technology, Mathematics, Music, Physical Education, Religious Knowledge and Science, with compulsory Modern Greek for students with Greek Cypriot heritage and an embedded STEM programme. Upper School delivers IGCSE, AS and A Level courses, with English, Mathematics, Modern Greek and Physical Education mandatory in Class 4 and a broad range of IGCSE electives. The campus features classrooms with whiteboards, science laboratories, and facilities, including the Innovation Centre (Study Area, Innovation Lab and Robotics Lab) that supports robotics and 3D printing. The school offers extracurricular activities, such as the GS Robotics Academy, Debate Club and Erasmus+ programmes, and runs an IT Academy with Microsoft partnerships.
