- iPad: families must purchase an iPad meeting the required specification for Year 2 and above (one‑off family cost).
- Optional services charged separately (examples): participation in external examinations, trips abroad organised by the school, optional clubs and clinics, additional lessons, language‑institute lessons, Extended School Day programme (ASK), school bus for students above age 6, and lunch options. These items are not included in the tuition figures and will be invoiced separately.

Discounts
- A 10% discount on annual tuition fees is applied for the third child and each subsequent child from the same family, provided all qualifying children are enrolled at the same time and all fees are paid promptly.

Billing schedule & payment terms
- Tuition is payable in full in advance; tuition for a year must be paid in full regardless of a student's admission or withdrawal date during a semester. The school reviews tuition annually and may increase fees by no more than 10% in any academic year.
- The annual Re‑enrolment & Development fee is non‑refundable and non‑transferable; it guarantees a place up to the first Friday of Week 1 in Semester 1.

Refund information
- Deposit refund condition: the deposit fee is refundable provided written notice of withdrawal equal to a full academic semester is given in advance and the student account is cleared. The deposit is returned upon completion of studies if no withdrawal occurs earlier. Tuition already paid remains payable for the year/semester irrespective of withdrawal date.

- No boarding fees are listed; the published fee schedules do not include boarding provision or boarding charges.

Heritage Private School is a private English‑medium, co‑educational day school in Limassol, Cyprus, serving ages 2–18. The curriculum follows the UK National Curriculum from Early Years to Upper Secondary, with Cambridge Checkpoints, IGCSEs, GCSEs, AS Levels and A Levels, plus Cambridge Pathway from Early Years to Advanced Level. The school is a Cambridge International Fellowship Centre and an Examination Centre, enabling internal and external Cambridge assessments. All lessons are taught in English. The campus features a Technology Centre with laboratories, an art room, a lecture theatre and a cafeteria; a Multifunction Hall with a stage and Amphitheatre; and facilities across Early Years, Primary and Secondary buildings. Sports facilities include a FIFA Star 1 football pitch, ITF‑approved 12‑layer tennis courts, and courts for basketball, netball and volleyball, plus outdoor cricket nets and a track.
