- Non‑refundable Initial Enrolment fee (one‑off, payable on first enrolment): EUR 320.
- Deposit fee (one‑off, payable on first enrolment): EUR 1,200. The deposit is refundable subject to the school's withdrawal notice and account‑clearing conditions (see Refunds).
- Annual Re‑enrolment & Development fee: EUR 320 (charged each year).

Tuition fees — Early Years (per semester / per year)
- Pre‑Nursery: EUR 3,510 per semester / EUR 7,020 per year.

Other costs and optional charges
- Uniform: indicative cost EUR 350 (annual / as listed).
- Books and stationery: Early Years items are included in Early Years tuition; Primary books estimated EUR 150–200 and stationery EUR 150; Secondary books estimated EUR 300–350 and stationery EUR 150.
- iPad: families must purchase an iPad meeting the required specification for Year 2 and above (one‑off family cost).
- Optional services charged separately (examples): participation in external examinations, trips abroad organised by the school, optional clubs and clinics, additional lessons, language‑institute lessons, Extended School Day programme (ASK), school bus for students above age 6, and lunch options. These items are not included in the tuition figures and will be invoiced separately.

Discounts
- A 10% discount on annual tuition fees is applied for the third child and each subsequent child from the same family, provided all qualifying children are enrolled at the same time and all fees are paid promptly.

Billing schedule & payment terms
- Tuition is payable in full in advance; tuition for a year must be paid in full regardless of a student's admission or withdrawal date during a semester. The school reviews tuition annually and may increase fees by no more than 10% in any academic year.
- The annual Re‑enrolment & Development fee is non‑refundable and non‑transferable; it guarantees a place up to the first Friday of Week 1 in Semester 1.

Refund information
- Deposit refund condition: the deposit fee is refundable provided written notice of withdrawal equal to a full academic semester is given in advance and the student account is cleared. The deposit is returned upon completion of studies if no withdrawal occurs earlier. Tuition already paid remains payable for the year/semester irrespective of withdrawal date.

Boarding
- No boarding fees are listed; the published fee schedules do not include boarding provision or boarding charges.

Notes on included items and exclusions
- Early Years tuition explicitly lists books, stationery and external visitors as included; Primary and Secondary tuition include local day trips in Cyprus but exclude trips abroad, external examination fees, bus and lunch options and other optional services, which are charged separately. Families will be invoiced separately for optional services and for external examination or overseas trip costs.
