Fees

Application / Registration
- A one-off non-refundable registration fee of €450 is payable for each child place.

Deposit
- A 10% deposit of the applicable annual fee is required to hold a student place for the coming academic year. Tuition fee down payments (the 10% deposit) are non-refundable during the first full academic year. After a full academic year has been completed and all terms met, the deposit may be deducted for annual payers at the point of re-registration as described in the school fee policy.

Tuition fees (per year group and per term)
- Specific tuition amounts by year group and per term are not published as public fee tables; fee illustrations are issued to families during the admissions/fee-illustration process. Exact per-term and per-year figures are provided as a personalised fee illustration at the point of admission.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payment options: fees may be paid either annually or in three instalments as set out in the fee illustration issued for the current academic year. Payment dates are strict.
- Early-payment discount: a 10% discount on the annual fee is available where full payment is received prior to 28 June. A 10% sibling discount applies to the second child and thereafter.
- Late payments and interest: the published admissions entry notes that late payments (one month after the agreed payment date) will incur an interest charge of 5%. The Study Guide and fee policy also state that failure to meet a due payment date will result in interest being added (policy text gives 10% in that context). Both payment/default provisions are part of the schools published fee policy.
- Obligations: fees are a legally binding commitment to pay the full fee for the full year (or the remainder if joining after the start of the year). The inability to continue at the school does not waive outstanding fee obligations.

A-level / Sixth Form specifics
- A Level (Years 12 & 13) fees are based on up to three subjects. Additional subjects are charged at €1,998 per annum per additional subject. Practical or coursework exam subject charges and exam-entry fees are additional (examples in the policy show practical/coursework subject fees and examination unit fees).

Other recurring or optional fees
- TLC+ learning support tiers and charges (annual basis): continuous monitoring and observation €250 per academic year; 1-hour weekly withdrawal €610 per academic year; 2.5-hour weekly withdrawal €1,440 per academic year; 1:1 out-of-class support charged at €25 per session. Tier 2 supplement for a parent-funded keyworker is listed as €1,380; Tier 3 full-time TLC+ placement is listed as €13,200 per academic year (terms and conditions apply).
- Examination and assessment fees: examples in the policy indicate external examination entry charges and subject-specific charges (e.g., typical board subject fees and higher rates for practical/coursework subjects); these are billed in addition to tuition where applicable.
- School transport (monthly rates, VAT included; payable in advance on the first day of the calendar month): Zone 1 (Peyia, Seacaves, St George) return service €165 per calendar month; Zone 2 (Kissonerga, Emba, Lemba, Chlorakas) return service €190 per calendar month; Zone 3 (Universal, Konia, Paphos Town, Tala, Tremithousa) return service €225 per calendar month. One-way journeys are available on request; day rates are not offered.
- Textbooks and resources: secondary students are expected to purchase their own textbooks (book lists are issued). The school provides some teacher resources; charges for replacement items or specific resources may apply. Example exam-related charges and subject practical/coursework fees are outlined in the policy.

Uniform and starter packs
- Compulsory primary uniform starter-pack costs (indicative per the published packs): Year 1: €50 per pack; Year 2: €130 per pack; Year 3: €130 per pack; Year 4: €125 per pack; Year 5: €125 per pack; Year 6: €125 per pack. Secondary uniform lists and costs are indicated as per lists released to parents. Uniform items must be purchased as required.

Short courses and holiday programmes (examples of additional charges)
- Summer camp fees (examples shown for recent summer programmes): fees vary by programme and age group (examples published include €149 per child per week, €190 per child per week and €110 per child per week depending on the programme and hours). Sibling and early-bird discounts may apply to these programmes. Bus service for summer camp is charged additionally (e.g., €45–€60 per week depending on route). These charges are separate from standard tuition.

Refund information
- Refunds: refunds issued by the school are sent to local (Cyprus) bank accounts only; refunds will not be paid to credit cards, international banks, or in cash regardless of the original payment method. The deposit (10% tuition down payment) is non-refundable during the first full academic year under the stated policy.

Boarding
- Boarding is not offered as part of the school provision (the school operates Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary day provision).

Fee payment options
- Standard published options: annual payment or three-term instalment plan (dates and instalment amounts are set out in the personalised fee illustration). Refunds policy indicates bank transfer to local Cyprus accounts for refunds. The schools finance department administers payment methods and additional payment options; full details of accepted payment instruments and bank details are provided through the finance office in the published fee documentation.

Brief note on availability of specific published tuition figures
- The schools public admissions information and study guide set out registration, deposit, discounts, payment schedules and many ancillary charges (transport, TLC+ support, uniform pack costs, examination and practical charges), but explicit per-year-group tuition amounts and per-term figures are provided to families via fee illustrations during the admissions process rather than published as a public fee table. For that reason, specific numeric tuition totals by year group and per term are not listed here.
