The school was launched in September 2010 with 17 students, 3 teachers and a classroom assistant. The move to Agios Georgios included 65 existing TLC students. In September 2012, TLC Private School admitted a group of pupils from St George's and opened on the new site with 120 students aged 3 to 17. The Parkland Estate was acquired in 2019, and the secondary campus opened there, relieving space pressures on the Agios Georgios site. The school comprises five licensed entities—Nursery, Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary and Institute—and the student body has grown to around 290 pupils aged 3 to 18, with a staff of over fifty; it is licensed by the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture.

TLC Private School in Cyprus is a day school serving ages 3 to 18, with five licensed entities: Nursery, Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary and Institute.
