Application & Registration Fees
- Entrance/Placement examination (new students): EUR 100.
- Admission / Enrolment fee for new High School students: EUR 200.
- Preschool one-off admission payment for new pupils: EUR 150.
- Annual registration fee (continuing pupils): High School EUR 75 (per pupil); Junior School EUR 60 (per pupil).
- Parents' Association subscription: High School EUR 60 per family (includes 24-hour personal accident insurance); Junior School EUR 50 per child (includes 24-hour personal accident insurance).

Tuition Fees — High School (Years 1–7) — 2026/27 academic year
- Year 1: Annual tuition EUR 6,900. Payment schedule: On registration (March) EUR 750; 1st instalment by June 1 EUR 1,500; 2nd instalment by September 1 EUR 2,000; 3rd instalment by December 1 EUR 1,500; 4th instalment by February 1 EUR 1,150.
- Year 2: Annual tuition EUR 6,900. Instalments: Registration EUR 750; June EUR 1,500; Sept EUR 2,000; Dec EUR 1,500; Feb EUR 1,150.

- Preschool (annual): EUR 4,300. Instalments: On registration (March) EUR 2,000; Instalment by September EUR 800; Instalment by November EUR 800; Instalment by February EUR 700. Preschool fees include breakfast, lunch, local field trips and after-school clubs.
- Year 1 (annual): EUR 5,400. Instalments: On registration EUR 2,000; Sept EUR 1,200; Nov EUR 1,200; Feb EUR 1,000.

Boarding Fees (Boarding House) — 2026/27 academic year
- Full boarding (August 2026–June 2027, 37 weeks): EUR 23,000 (tuition not included). Full-board fees cover accommodation, laundry, weekly room cleaning, meals where applicable, medical insurance arrangements (subject to the insurer), in-country educational trips and use of boarding facilities.
- Flexi-boarding: EUR 350 per week (boarding nights vary; tuition is charged separately).
- Visa deposit (immigration deposit required by authorities): EUR 550–850 refundable on completion of course and departure or if visa application is unsuccessful.
- Registration package for boarding admissions: EUR 1,000.
- Additional boarding notes: Full-board fees include educational outings within Cyprus; transport to/from the airport is provided on the student's first arrival; families are responsible for personal expenses such as pocket money and personal items. External examination fees for UK/other boards are charged separately.

Billing Schedule & Payment Terms
- High School billing: registration payment in March, then four instalments due by June 1, September 1, December 1 and February 1. Instalment amounts vary by year group as listed above. Late or outstanding fees may affect registration for the next school year and the school may withdraw discounts, scholarships or withhold reports/certificates if fees are overdue. Any fee increase is capped at 5% per year.
- Junior School & Preschool billing: registration payment in March, then instalments due by September, November and February (specific instalment amounts listed above for each year). Similar rules apply regarding overdue fees, documentation and a maximum annual fee increment of 5%. Preschool fees specifically include meals and certain local excursions and after-school clubs.
- For students leaving before the academic year ends the tuition balance remains payable in full; fees paid in full are not refundable if the student ceases attending.

Other Costs & Miscellaneous Charges
- Composite / facilities fee (High School): EUR 150 per year (covers art, laboratories, computing and related facilities).
- Local excursions & field trips (High School): EUR 60 per year (excluding certain trips). Junior and Preschool include some area excursions in fees but formal outings or special projects may be charged separately.
- Graduation fee (for final-year / Y7 in High School): EUR 100.
- School uniform, books and stationery: Payable in August at the school bookshop; costs vary by pupil and are not included in tuition. Junior/Preschool books and uniform charges apply and are non-refundable.
- Private / individual lessons and external exam fees: Charged separately depending on subject and provider (private tuition available through the Institute; external exam fees depend on selected exam board).

Refunds
- Tuition fees, books and uniform purchases paid to the school are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This applies to both Junior and High School tuition and to purchases made at the school bookshop.
- Visa deposit required by immigration authorities for boarding (EUR 550–850) is refundable on completion of the course and departure, and is fully refundable if a student's visa application is not successful.

Fee Discounts & Concessions
- Sibling discount: 10% off tuition for families with two or more children enrolled (applies for the duration of studies). A further 5% discount on tuition is available when tuition is paid in full in advance on the date of registration (registration payment is treated as the first instalment). An alumni concession of 5% applies when at least one parent graduated from Xenion High School. Discounts are retained while siblings remain enrolled.

- Online payments via the school's Classter portal (xenion.classter.com).

Xenion Education is a private, co‑educational school network in Cyprus, comprising a Junior School, High School, Boarding School and Institute. The Paralimni campus offers a bilingual Greek‑English curriculum and prepares students from ages 4 to 18 for local and international pathways. The Core British Curriculum runs through Cambridge IGCSE in Years 4–5 and Cambridge A Levels in upper grades, with a foundation of general education in the early years and Greek language instruction alongside English for foreign students. Graduates earn an Apolyterion, eight IGCSEs, four to six A Levels, an ICT Literacy Certificate and a second foreign language certificate (German, Russian or French). The STEAME Programme blends Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics and Entrepreneurship via interdisciplinary, hands‑on projects. The school operates a Boarding House opened in 2020 with 36 en‑suite rooms and facilities including a pool, gym, tennis, basketball and volleyball. Extensive facilities support labs, computer rooms, interactive boards, art and music spaces, and personal devices for pupils.
