The school is located in the centre of Paralimni on 1st April Avenue in a new, modern building with air-conditioning and heating. Classrooms are comfortable and furnished with up-to-date equipment. The campus provides computers, projectors and interactive whiteboards, with Internet access and online libraries. It houses fully equipped laboratories for Physics, Chemistry and Biology, plus Computer and Robotics laboratories. There are Art and Music rooms and Mathematics classrooms; each pupil has a personal computer. Xenion Boarding House opened in September 2020 and offers 36 en-suite rooms, a TV/common room, a library, a study room, a dining area, an on-site kitchen and laundry, in a secure gated complex with high-speed Wi‑Fi. It provides year-round recreational facilities including a large private swimming pool, a gym, a tennis court and basketball and volleyball courts.

Beyond academics, Xenion offers a wide range of extracurricular activities including arts, sports, STEAME and community service. Evening boarding activities include on-site sports such as futsal, basketball, volleyball and tennis, and the boarding house has a swimming pool for swimming and water polo. Additional activities include chess, cooking lessons, hiking, archery, escape rooms, cinema and various trips and cultural activities.
Xenion Education is a private, co‑educational school network in Cyprus, comprising a Junior School, High School, Boarding School and Institute. The Paralimni campus offers a bilingual Greek‑English curriculum and prepares students from ages 4 to 18 for local and international pathways. The Core British Curriculum runs through Cambridge IGCSE in Years 4–5 and Cambridge A Levels in upper grades, with a foundation of general education in the early years and Greek language instruction alongside English for foreign students.
