Xenion Junior School was established and functions under the supervision of the Ministry of Education and Culture, in accordance with the relevant educational statutes. It offers Preschool and a six-year, fully comprehensive primary course for students in the Famagusta area and for international students, with entrance requirements. The school was created to satisfy the needs of students and fulfill parents' expectations of a high-quality education for the modern world. Xenion Education has delivered world-class education for more than four decades through its language institutes and its flagship Xenion High School. The founding motto of Xenion Education is Knowledge is Freedom and Power.
Xenion Junior School serves children in the Famagusta area and international students. The curriculum blends UK and Cypriot approaches and aims to develop 21st-century skills, critical thinking, and fluency in English and Greek. The school celebrates major national and international holidays and events within the timetable and takes part in national and international events and competitions, while offering termly excursions and other field trips. Xenion Education uses social media to share news and events, and participates in international projects such as the SCHOOL-ADAPT Erasmus+ program with partners in Cyprus, Italy, Poland and Spain.
The Committee of the Parents' Association is elected during the first meeting of the school year and its term of office is one year. All parents are automatically members of the association. The elected committee meets once a month unless there is a need for an additional meeting. The Association aims to give the school practical help in its work and to serve as a bridge of communication between school and parents. It contributes to the smooth running of the school in a number of ways and offers a lot to the students. The fee for the parents' association is per family and covers insurance, parties, presents, awards and some subsidies towards school excursions, performances, events, field trips and other school based activities. All subscriptions are fully utilized for the benefit of Xenion Junior School students within the school year.
Xenion Education is a private, co‑educational school network in Cyprus, comprising a Junior School, High School, Boarding School and Institute. The Paralimni campus offers a bilingual Greek‑English curriculum and prepares students from ages 4 to 18 for local and international pathways. The Core British Curriculum runs through Cambridge IGCSE in Years 4–5 and Cambridge A Levels in upper grades, with a foundation of general education in the early years and Greek language instruction alongside English for foreign students. Graduates earn an Apolyterion, eight IGCSEs, four to six A Levels, an ICT Literacy Certificate and a second foreign language certificate (German, Russian or French). The STEAME Programme blends Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics and Entrepreneurship via interdisciplinary, hands‑on projects. The school operates a Boarding House opened in 2020 with 36 en‑suite rooms and facilities including a pool, gym, tennis, basketball and volleyball. Extensive facilities support labs, computer rooms, interactive boards, art and music spaces, and personal devices for pupils.
