Introduction

Application / Registration fee
- A non-refundable registration fee of CZK 5,000 is payable as part of the application process. Refund of the registration fee is granted only where admission is refused; the registration fee is not refundable if the application is withdrawn.

Tuition fees (by phase and per term)
- Early Years (Kindergarten, ages 3–5): Annual tuition CZK 181,050. Tuition is payable in two equal instalments (per term): CZK 90,525 each. The annual tuition covers daycare services, English instruction, textbooks and learning aids; it does not cover meals, certain extracurricular activities (e.g., swimming, skiing, camps) or uniforms.

- Primary (Years 1–6): Annual tuition for the first primary school year is CZK 373,330. Tuition is payable in two equal instalments (per term): CZK 186,665 each. Tuition includes core educational materials and participation in most school-based activities; it does not include meals, uniforms, residential camps or some external activities. A 10% sibling discount on tuition is available for families with two or more children enrolled.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Annual tuition is normally billed in two equal instalments. The first instalment is due by 15 August prior to the start of the academic year and the second instalment is due by 31 January of the academic year. All fee payments must be made in Czech crowns (CZK). Always include the school variable symbol (your child's agreement number) on bank transfers. Failure to pay on time affects confirmation of the pupil's place.

Boarding fees
- PORG International School Ostrava operates as a day school; no boarding fees apply because the school does not provide boarding facilities. Daily school hours and canteen arrangements are in place for enrolled pupils.

Meals / Canteen fees and scheduling
- Kindergarten canteen pricing (2026/2027): lunch CZK 30 and snack CZK 16; monthly advance payment option CZK 1,240/month; term payment option CZK 6,200 per term (September–January / February–June).
- Primary canteen pricing (2026/2027): lunch CZK 66; monthly advance payment option CZK 1,320/month; term payment option CZK 6,600 per term (September–January / February–June). Monthly payments must be made at least one month in advance; standing orders are requested by August 25. Meal payments are made to the school canteen account.

Refund information and adjustments
- Registration fee is refunded only if admission is refused; it is non-refundable if the applicant withdraws.
- If there is an overpayment at the end of the school year, the excess is transferred to the next school year or returned to the family account if the pupil leaves the school.
- In cases of withdrawal, suspension or dismissal for unsatisfactory conduct or academic progress, fees already paid are non-refundable in accordance with the Agreement of Study.

Discounts and concessions
- A 10% discount on tuition is offered for families with two or more children enrolled at PORG. Separate scholarship or stipend funds exist within the wider PORG network for eligible students; these operate under the school's policy and application procedures.

Curriculum
