Registration fee

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Payments follow the school year from August to June inclusive; payments are due on the first day of each month. The first payment is due 1 August and the last payment of the academic cycle is due 1 June; July is payment-free. Instalments are collected over 11 months.
- A deposit equal to two months' fees is required on acceptance of a confirmed place. This deposit is refunded to the parent once the child leaves the school.

Sibling discount
- 25% discount applies to the monthly school fee and the SFO fee for the second and any subsequent children from the same family.

Out-of-school provision and additional monthly charges
- Breakfast Club (optional): DKK 450 per month.
- After-School Club (SFO) (optional): DKK 850 per month.
- For Early Years–Year 5 students, the tuition fee includes after-school clubs until 15:00; booking is required for each afternoon a child attends. The Breakfast Club and SFO have specified opening hours and holiday closures.

Other costs and fees
- The following are not included in the tuition and must be paid in addition where applicable: school trips, lunches, extended before- and after-school provision beyond what is included, and school uniforms. A laptop computer is required for each student in secondary school; details and specifications are provided prior to registration.

Refund information
- The registration fee is a one-off, non-refundable administrative charge: DKK 2,500. The two-month deposit is refundable when the child leaves the school. No additional refund provisions are published in the school's fee information.

International School Ikast-Brande is an international day school in Ikast, Denmark, delivering the Cambridge Pathway for Primary and Secondary education and Cambridge IGCSE for Years 10–11. The Cambridge Primary programme provides English, Mathematics and Science with a perspective. The Cambridge Secondary curriculum in Years 7–11 is taught in English and prepares students for IGCSE. The school serves early years to age 16 and sits on the Bøgildvej campus, beside Ikast-Brande Gymnasium, which offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. ISIB moved in 2013 to CF Møller-designed building, and in 2018 joined the Hjertet complex, a multi-purpose facility offering indoor and outdoor spaces, including a sports hall, street sports area and a stage. The campus is surrounded by green spaces and woodland. ISIB emphasizes wellbeing through a Whole-School PSHE program and mindfulness; Danish and German are taught within the Cambridge framework. The school collaborates with IBG toward education up to university entry.
