French is the main language of instruction, and Danish is taught as a second language or for native speakers. English is taught from maternelle, and from 7th grade students choose between German and Spanish, with some studying several languages via CNED. Non-French-speaking students may enroll until 7th grade via the Springboard to French, with FLE from 6th/7th grade to support following the French curriculum. The school is AEFE-approved and offers the standard French exams (Brevet and Baccalauréat) alongside the Danish folkeskole exam at the end of 9th grade and the DFB, a combined French-Danish graduation exam, enabling higher education in Denmark and elsewhere.
The Lycée Français Prins Henrik is an international private school in Copenhagen operating under Danish law and affiliated with the AEFE network. The campus at Rolighedsvej 39 brings together maternelle, élémentaire, collège and lycée on a single site, with modern facilities and a bike-friendly approach close to Forum Metro. The school offers a bilingual French-Danish curriculum, with French Brevet and Baccalauréat, the Danish Brevet, and the Franco-Danish Baccalaureate (DFB) as part of its diploma mix.
