Ranum Efterskole College is organized around four main buildings: Kærhuset, Seminariehuset, Lien and Ranumhus. Students live in single rooms, double rooms and apartments for up to six people, and participate in daily school life on campus. The school premises between Seminariehuset and Ranumhus are used for teaching, and the Multicultural Centre contains three halls for sports and activities. The campus covers about 29,500 m2, with more than 525 beds, an assembly hall that seats 470, and 55 classrooms, of which 24 have 70-inch touch screens. Three meals are provided daily with access to fresh fruit.
Facilities include four gyms, a climbing wall, three beach volleyball courts, and a sports center with three halls. A maritime base for swimming and wakeboarding operates at Landal Rønbjerg, with sailing boats at the harbour. The Multicultural Centre provides three sports and activity halls, and additional outdoor and indoor facilities are available nearby.
Academic spaces include six science rooms, four music rooms, two dance studios, a ceramics workshop with a 1200°C kiln, a sewing machine workshop, a design workshop, a gastronomy workshop and world cuisine facilities, a media room with 12 iMacs, an electronic music studio, and other workshops for arts and technology. In-house spaces support group work, performances, media production and practical practice in gym and studios.
Clubs and leisure offers include sports, creative subjects and e-sports in the evenings. The school runs three annual international travels and integrates profile and culture subjects that focus on adventure, diving, music or design, as well as intercultural encounters via culture subjects. World cuisine and gastronomy activities are part of the programme.
Ranum Efterskole College is a Danish after-school college for students aged 14 to 17. The school combines the after-school format with Cambridge International Examinations, offering Cambridge IGCSE in 9th grade, 5–6 IGCSE subjects in 10th, and AS/A Levels in 10th–11th, with an international foundation degree aligned with the IB. The International Programme is taught in English and covers IGCSE English, Mathematics and Global Perspectives, with electives and language options; Danish programmes run in parallel. The campus spans about 29,500 square metres with four main buildings and accommodation for over 525 beds. On-site sports and an on‑site Multicultural Centre support a wide program of activities. The school runs international trips and collaborates with UNESCO, and celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2024–25. Students learn through personalised support, teamwork and intercultural experiences.
